HARTFORD, Conn. — July 13, 2017 / PRNewswire / — Wearsafe Labs, creators of the Wearsafe Personal Safety Service, today announced the appointment of Daniel Perrone to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth and profits for start-ups, early stage and established enterprises, Perrone will lead Wearsafe's strategic sales planning and business development initiatives.
"Daniel's reputation as a top global business leader and his impressive track record of developing strategies to build and grow companies in the enterprise and retail markets make him a great fit for Wearsafe," said David Benoit, co-founder and CEO of Wearsafe. Prior to joining Wearsafe, Perrone served as Vice President of Global Sales, with a focus on data and location intelligence platforms and services at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. "Wearsafe is changing the way we alert for help, and the use cases for its personal safety service reach far and wide - across retail and enterprise markets. I'm excited to join a company dedicated to its mission and look forward to fueling Wearsafe's growth and helping people all around the world feel safer."
Perrone will also bring his leadership and product development experience to Wearsafe, where he'll streamline organizational processes and provide valuable input into Wearsafe's product roadmap and pipeline.
